Vycon products provide cushioning and everyday comfort support. They are not medical diagnoses or treatments. Stop use if a product causes pain, numbness, irritation or a poor shoe fit, and seek professional advice for persistent symptoms.

Orders

Your order is placed when you complete checkout: when your online payment succeeds, or when you choose cash on delivery and place the order. You’ll see a confirmation page with your order reference. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock), we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid in full. Products marked “Coming soon” cannot be purchased.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any shipping charge (free on orders of ₹499 or more, otherwise ₹49). Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

Returns and site use

Size exchanges, returns and refunds follow our returns policy. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or copy Vycon branding and product media without permission.
